About max.center

Shopping at its best!

Since 15 years, max.center Wels has been a particularly popular meeting place for all shopping enthusiasts in Upper Austria. Built on the site of the “old” Maximarkt, it opened up a whole new shopping dimension for customers with many long-awaited industry leaders. In order to establish a reference to the highly successful Maximarkt, the “max” was adopted in the center name.

Covering an area of 23,000 m² on two sales levels, max.center brings together leading national and international retail brands from all sectors as well as numerous food outlets and service outlets under one roof. 50 stores – including industry leaders such as Maximarkt, Media Markt, Hervis, H&M, C&A, Marionnaud, Humanic, Thalia and dm – promise pure shopping pleasure. The maxi.restaurant, Amano Pizza & Pasta, Tchibo, the maxi.kaffee and the Levinsky Café provide for enjoyable breaks. A tobacconist, a travel agency, dry cleaner, a locksmith and shoe service complete the shopping offer. With a discount gas station and car wash, the max.center also offers a wide range of services for motorists. The shopping center also convinces with attractive advantages such as 900 mostly roofed free XXL parking spaces, extra-long and consistent opening hours, the attractive ambience, the cozy chill-out zones and the huge glass areas. These provide plenty of daylight and a relaxed shopping atmosphere. The eye-catching building architecture can be described as especially successful.
